A: Sorry unless you are a pub, club or there are restrictions on delivery/collection the minimum hire period is Thursday to Monday or Monday to Friday.
A: On average, they cost about £13 a week in electricity, and if you are on a water meter they hold between 800 and 1400 litres of water
A: It takes approximately 20-30 minutes to set up the most of the hot tubs. The standard hot tub takes approximately 60 minutes as that has to be built up in-situ.
A: You need to make sure that they area is clear of any furniture/debris and that any alleyways/walkways are clear of wheelie bins or other obstructions. If we have to come onto the drive, please make sure we can get past your car. Please also clear up after your pets. We don’t want to be rolling the hot tub through anything nasty!!
A: It gets plugged into any standard domestic plug socket. Don’t worry if you don’t have an exterior plug socket we will put our extension lead through a window into the house making sure it is safe.
A: We fill it up using a hosepipe connected to an outside tap. If you don’t have an outside tap we can bring an adaptor to fit on your kitchen or bathroom tap. Please let us know so we can bring one with us. Don’t worry if you don’t have a hosepipe. We can bring one with us if you let us know in advance. We can also fill the tub with hot water for an additional £40 to make sure you can make the most of your hire.
A:Deliveries are between 8am and 6pm, with the choice of morning or afternoon delivery available. While we are unable to be more precise than this, we will give you an hours notice of when we are enroute. Weekend hires run from Thursday to Monday, though during summer we may deliver on a Wednesday depending on availability, and on Bank Holiday weekends collection will be on a Tuesday. Holiday Lets and Holiday cottage hires can be arranged to start and end on the same days as your holiday, and full week hires can be arranged to start from any day of the week.
